Visits to the Indiana Medical History Museum are by guided tour only.  Groups of 10 or more must be scheduled in advance.

Garden Visits are self-guided.

Museum Hours

The museum offers guided tours on the hour between 10am and 4pm (last tour starts promptly at 3pm) Thursday through Saturday for drop-in visitors and on Wednesday by appointment only.  IMHM is open on Saturdays only between December 5, 2012 and January 9, 2013 but will have some availability for scheduled group tours.

Group Tours-  All groups of 10 or more must be scheduled in advance. Groups may be scheduled Wednesday  through Saturday : 10:00 AM-2:30 PM.   To schedule a tour, please e-mail education@imhm.org or call (317) 635-7329 at least three weeks in advance.

Holiday Schedule-  IMHM is closed on the following holidays: Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving.  IMHM is open on Saturdays only between December 5, 2012 and January 9, 2013 but will have some availability for scheduled group tours.

Please note that effective 9/15/2012 our admission prices have increase to $7 for adults, $5 for university students with valid ID, $3 for children under 18; and $5.50 for scouts who want a badge.
